Relationship Ministries

founder, James D. Winchester has been blessed with a unique and diverse life.  Although he was born and raised in Canada, for more than 10 years he lived and worked all over the world including Europe, Scandinavia, The Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Among Mr. Winchester’s greatest talents that the LORD has blessed him with, is an ability to excel in culturally diverse environments bringing people of all different cultures and walks of life together.
